Principal Maintenance Processes and Systems (SAP)

Fortescue

September 2020 - Present

During my time with Fortescue I have held the positions of Principal Maintenance Processes and Systems (SAP), Project Manager, Lead Asset Performance Specialist and Reliability Engineer. In my role of Principal Maintenance Processes and Systems, I am accountable for all aspects of SAP related to Plant Maintenance. This includes business processes, system implementation, configuration and reliability, business support and training and master data. As Project Manager, I setup and managed an Agile product development team focussed on Predictive Maintenance, using various anomaly detection methods for identifying failure signatures as well as a web application for workflow and management. As Lead Asset Performance Specialist, I implemented and grew a team of data engineers accountable for all aspects of reporting and data analysis for mobile maintenance. As part of my role I created a high performing team, constantly exceeding business expectations.

Some of my key achievements include:

Implementation of a set of Work Management Metrics utilised to drive operational performance and risk and assurance
Setup an Agile development team focussed on delivering a Predictive Maintenance Platform using various anomaly detection methods for failure prevention
